An experienced real estate professional born and raised in beautiful Colorado. Joe Johnston spends his time golfing, playing tennis, backpacking the Rocky Mountains, and most importantly – spending time with his beautiful wife Mackenzie, and three boys.
Joe has lived in Maryland and the Florida Keys, but has found his way back to Colorado. Joe is ambitious, ethical, organized, and self-motivated with a wide array of professional skills derived from his experiences in leadership, people management, recruitment, and residential real estate sales.
Joe earned his real estate license soon after he graduated from the University of Northern Colorado. Having spent nearly his entire life in the in the Broomfield/Westminster area, Joe possess a thorough market knowledge in areas North of I-70 and much of the Denver Metro area.
Over the past decade as a real estate professional, Joe has created a large network of qualified Buyers, Sellers, and industry partners. Year over year, Joe has been recognized by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors for sales production, community involvement, and leadership. Joe is proud to say that he has created a business where the majority of his clients come from quality personal referrals. This is because he has made a commitment to his clients to provide them the highest levels of service, open communication, availability, respect, market knowledge, and integrity.
Joe’s skillset centers around his ability to promote his clients’ interests by expertly navigating the real estate sales transaction and creating accurate and reliable property reports, developing loyalty, full disclosure, confidentiality, accountability, and a high level of skill and care to the transaction and to the client.
As a standout in the industry, Joe earned his GRI Designation, which gained him an in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Previously, Joe has been a Board Member for the Denver Metro Association of Realtors – the largest Realtor Association in the state.
