A New Spot for Tots in the ‘Hood
A Bien Tot & Kid Spot is the newest drop-in child care center in our neighborhood. Founded upon a need to serve the families of the growing Highlands neighborhood, the center was founded by John and Jennifer Limansky (a physician and a former New York City educator).
Serving children from 12 months to 12 years, A Bien Tot & Kid Spot is an educational learning center that provides a holistic and stimulating educational environment. Programs are designed to nurture, support and provide essential learning tools, specifically in the Spanish and French languages.
The center maintains a low, guide-to-child ratio so that every child receives an adequate amount of individual attention. They emphasize group work and a community aspect because A Bien Tot believes “it takes a village to raise a child.”
