This year the Spooktacular Halloween carnival will be hosted at the South Boulder Recreation Center (1360 Gillaspie, Boulder, CO 80305). Bring your children, ages 3 to 8 years old, from 3 to 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28 to enjoy a pirate bounce house, crafts, face painting, Halloween tattoos, haunted house/maze, games and prizes.
