A dynamic, mother-daughter, real-estate duo! Marcia grew up in Providence, Rhode Island, moved to Colorado in 1983, and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1996. Lauren grew up in Boulder, and with a mom as a REALTOR® and a dad as a general contractor, she grew up in the housing industry—listening to calls, walking around construction sites, and attending showings.

Marcia resides in Boulder between the Mapleton and Newlands neighborhoods, a location that offers both peaceful, tree-lined streets and a short stroll to eventful downtown Pearl Street and Mt Sanitas. Lauren owns a row house, which will eventually become a rental, in the Whittier neighborhood of Denver, a growing neighborhood that sits between RiNo and City Park.

Marcia is a managing broker who receives awards annually. Many of her clientele are repeat buyers, sellers and investors, or they originate from past client referrals—a true reflection of how she conducts business with her client’s best interests at heart. Marcia personally owns rental properties, is very experienced with 1031 exchanges, and feels passionate about real estate as an investment. Lauren is back in Colorado after spending eight years in Boston, MA and Austin, TX, and is happily following in her mom’s footsteps. She provides fresh eyes to the industry and is always looking for ways to implement new tools, utilize technology, and improve processes to serve clients efficiently.

Together, they strive to educate and guide their clients through the buying and selling process—whether as first-time homebuyers or as someone looking to grow their real estate investment portfolio.

Outside of work, they love spending time in the Colorado sunshine with their dogs, walking around new cities and towns when traveling, and trying local restaurants.
