Meet BreyAnna
Realtor®Hello! My name is BreyAnna Garland. I have been in beautiful Colorado since 1999. I left for a few years to try out the beach life in Savannah, GA, but am back home now.
When I am not emerged in real estate, I am spending time with my side kick Lucy Belle (my miniature schnauzer). She absolutely lights up my world. We like to hike, volunteer with animal rescues, and locate any and all fantastic taco joints in town. Recently, we have taken up sneaking away for mini-getaways to all of the hot springs. We would like to check off all of the Colorado hot springs one day.
I have 25 years of experience in sales, and in that time I’ve learned how to care for my clients and find the solution that fits best for them. I enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and guide buyers and sellers through the sometimes intimidating real estate process. I’m ready to share with you all that there is to love about Colorado.
