Me and my wife didn't know what to expect when buying our first home. I can confidently say that our experience was much easier than we had hoped for. That is owed to Cameron! He took us out on New Years Day looking at houses. After one day of looking, we put a deposit down and closed 21 days later. Cameron made it happen more smooth and quick than we had hoped for. We moved to Colorado from out of state in 2020. Cameron was incredibly helpful in providing virtual tours of homes in the Fort Collins, Windsor, and Timnath areas in advance of us visiting the area in person. He was very responsive to our questions, knowledgeable about both the area and the buying process, and he was very helpful in the negotiations.
