About Candice Puchir

Hi, I'm Candice and I am passionate about working in the real estate profession because it allows me to help others achieve their dreams of either owning a home or moving into a new home. Having lived with my family in five other states before making Colorado our forever home, I know just how daunting it can feel to pack your belongings and move to a new, unfamiliar place. Whether you are moving across town or across the country, I look forward to assisting you through the entire process of finding the place you'll call home.

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in both pharmaceutical sales and as a special education teacher. I grew up in Charlotte, NC and attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, which is where my love of the mountains first began. After years of living in beautiful Charleston, SC and a short time in the Washington DC area, my family started migrating west in the hopes of relocating to Colorado. We lived briefly in Arkansas and Texas before we finally made it home to the mountains of Colorado. My husband and I have 4 amazing children, 3 rescue pups, 2 bearded dragons and a horse! All of our kids came to us via adoption, so advocating for youth in the foster care system is something very dear to our hearts.
