About Cayden Mudrock

I was born and raised in Utah, I moved to Colorado in 2018 with my family, as both of my parents have careers in law enforcement. Being raised in that environment instilled strong values in me and a deep respect for the law enforcement community. It’s just the four of us—my mom, dad, sister, and me—along with our two golden retrievers, Hudson and Russell. I love Colorado for its beautiful scenery and relatively perfect weather. If you’re looking for a quintessential Colorado experience, I always recommend visiting the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo—it’s a must-see, as it’s built on the side of a mountain and has one-of-a-kind exhibits as a result!

As a licensed real estate agent with 8z Real Estate, I bring fresh energy, a background in sales, and a passion for helping buyers navigate the market. While I’m new to real estate, my experience in sales has taught me how to listen to clients’ needs, negotiate effectively, and deliver results. Now, I’m applying those skills to help you find the perfect home. One of the things I’m most excited about is helping others my age see the value of investing in real estate early. When I’m not helping clients find their perfect home, you can find me on the basketball court or following college and NBA games. I also love staying up to date with the latest fashion trends and could be considered a sneakerhead. In my downtime, I enjoy video games, and fun fact: I used to compete in yoyoing semi-professionally!

I also have a passion for travel and am working toward a bucket list trip to Greece, a place I’ve always wanted to visit for its beauty, great weather, and the personal connection—it’s where my grandmother is from.
