About Chad Murphy

Colorado is a great place to live and work, which is why I have always called it home. Born and raised in the Mile High City, I developed a passion for Real Estate early on in life.  Intrigued by the ‘For Sale’ sign in neighbors yards, I was always curious about why people buy and sell homes.  It wasn’t until I built a professional background in Marketing and Management, that I chose to pursue a career in Real Estate. 

 

I joined 8z in 2016 and I found my passion in helping clients take the next step in their homeownership journey.  There’s nothing quite like handing the keys to a new homeowner or celebrating a successful sale of a home with a Seller looking forward to their next chapter.  Being recognized with the ‘Best of Zillow’ award and 5 star reviews are special accolades that I’m grateful for, but it is more than 100 clients that have partnered with me for guidance in buying and selling homes that are truly the most rewarding.  

 

My knowledge and connection with the local community has always been important to me.  I enjoy supporting local small businesses as well as two charitable organizations, Salute Colorado and Greenhouse Scholars. When I’m not in the office, you’ll often find me attending sporting events, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
