About Chris Choate

As an over a decade resident of Boulder County, I've called several towns in this area home including Boulder, Superior, Louisville, Longmont, and now Lafayette. I have grown to love each of these different corners of the county and my intention is to help other people get the same feeling I have of being at home in this section of the Front Range.

Prior to my move to CO, I was raised in Salinas, CA, and graduated from UC Davis with both a pre-law and business degree emphasizing real estate and RE investment. While at Davis, I walked on the track team, earned a scholarship, and helped set multiple school records. After four years in residential sales and property management as well as vacation ownership in the Sacramento and Monterey/Carmel areas, I took an impromptu trip to Boulder where I saw the Flatirons, met my future wife Rachael, and decided to stay. For the next decade, I enjoyed a highly successful career in personal training and fitness management before transitioning back to Real Estate.

Throughout my professional development, I have cultivated an attitude of putting clients' wants and needs first, listening closely to preferences, desires, and goals, and using honesty, integrity, and informed expertise to help them make the best decisions possible.
