About Harri Firth

Real estate was never a passing idea for Harri; it’s a career journey she began in Chelsea, London, and always knew she would return to.

After starting at a real estate firm in one of London’s most competitive markets, she went on to build an eight-year career in experiential marketing, developing strong skills in client service, negotiation, organization, and strategic planning. Those skills now form the backbone of her work as a real estate broker.

Harri’s path then became international. She and her family lived in the Netherlands for six years before relocating to Northern Italy in 2020. After navigating multiple international moves and building community from scratch more than once, they eventually settled in Louisville, Colorado - a place that immediately felt like home.

Today, Harri works with buyers and sellers in Louisville, Boulder, and surrounding Boulder County communities. She proudly works alongside Julia Cantarovici on the Boulder Homes & Beyond team within 8z Real Estate, where collaboration, local expertise, and exceptional client care are central to every transaction.

As a mom to two children and a homeowner herself, Harri understands firsthand that buying or selling a home is deeply personal. With personal experience relocating across countries and cultures, she brings empathy, clarity, and calm guidance to clients navigating meaningful life transitions.

Clients appreciate her balance of warmth and structure. She is highly organized, deeply people-focused, and proactive in her communication - ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.

For Harri, real estate is not just about property, it’s about helping people feel truly at home.

Outside of work, she embraces Colorado life fully. She loves staying active at the gym, hiking local trails with her family, and building strong community connections with friends near and far.
