About Harri Firth

Real estate has always been a dream of mine—a “what if” that lingered in the back of my mind for years. In my early twenties, I took my first step into the industry, working at a real estate firm in Chelsea, London. I was eager to climb the ladder from secretary to sales negotiator, but as a newcomer in such a prestigious environment, I lacked the confidence to fully embrace the role.

From there, I built a career in experiential and event marketing, spending eight incredible years in account management. Life then took our family on an adventure—first to the Netherlands for six wonderful years, where I was lucky enough to stay home with my two young kids, and then to Northern Italy in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. Living by the stunning Lake Como was truly special, but we eventually realized it was time to find a more permanent home. The moment we arrived in Colorado, we felt an instant connection, and we bought a house right away. Surrounded by beautiful homes and a welcoming community, I knew it was finally time to pursue the career I had once set aside.

What I love most about real estate is the people. I’ve always enjoyed meeting new people, asking questions, and hearing their stories. Now, as a real estate broker, I get to combine that passion with helping clients find the perfect place to call home. Whether someone is buying, selling, or simply exploring their options, I’m here to guide them every step of the way—ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.

Organization and efficiency are at the core of my approach, but above all, I want my clients to feel comfortable and heard. I encourage open conversations and make sure they always feel in the loop.

Outside of real estate, I’m all about staying active and social. My friends mean the world to me, and I always make time to connect—whether in person or over FaceTime across the globe. I love hiking with my husband and kids, working out early in the mornings, and recently, I’ve taken up mountain biking! Life is an adventure, and I bring that same enthusiasm and energy into my work every day.
