About Harri Firth

Harri’s first taste of real estate was in Chelsea, London. Life took her in a different direction and into a career in experiential marketing - managing big personalities, tight deadlines and rather a lot of moving parts. But real estate was one of those careers she always looked back on and thought, “I should have stayed in that.” So when the opportunity came to return to it in Colorado, the answer was a very easy yes. As it turns out, it was excellent training for real estate.

Her path to Colorado was anything but direct. Harri and her family lived in the Netherlands, then Lake Como, Italy, before eventually settling in Louisville, Colorado. Several countries, several moves and more boxes than she cares to remember later, she knows firsthand what it feels like to start again somewhere new.

Today, Harri works with buyers and sellers across Boulder County, including Louisville, Boulder, Lafayette and Superior, as well as neighboring Broomfield, with a particular soft spot for relocation. She knows finding the house is only part of it - it’s working out where you actually want to live, what matters to you day to day, and finding somewhere that genuinely feels like home.

Harri’s style is straightforward, proactive and refreshingly human. She brings clarity to what can be a complicated process, makes sure her clients feel in control of the decisions that are theirs to make, and gives them the information and guidance to move forward with confidence. She does her homework and isn’t afraid to tell you what she thinks - including when she thinks you should walk away.

For sellers, Harri is hands-on from the start, with a particular love for the marketing side - finding what makes a home special and making sure buyers notice it. She likes to do things a little differently, have some fun with it and, above all, make a home memorable. Because standing out is rather the point.

Ultimately, Harri knows her stuff, cares enormously about getting it right and thinks you should be able to have a laugh along the way. There are enough stressful things in life. Your Realtor doesn’t need to be one of them.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Harri at the gym before the sun is up, hiking local trails or spending time with family and friends. She does her best with American English these days, although the occasional “garden” still slips out when she means the yard.
