About Jesse Dixon

I’m a fourth-generation Colorado native, and this state has always been home. I grew up in Fort Collins, spending summers at Horsetooth Reservoir, camping with family, and taking full advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. I later spent 10 years in Durango attending Fort Lewis College, where I earned my degree in Chemistry—though somewhere along the way, I realized my true passion wasn’t in a lab, it was in real estate.

I bought my first home at 26 while still in college, and that experience completely changed my trajectory. I fell in love with the pride of homeownership—and maybe just as much with the process of improving and maintaining a home. I initially planned to get into real estate investing and flipping, but after working alongside investors, I realized what I really enjoyed was helping people on the retail side—guiding buyers and sellers through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

My approach to real estate is rooted in honesty, integrity, and a high level of service (with a little hustle mixed in). I take the time to understand your goals and treat your transaction like it’s my own. I’m known for being detail-oriented, communicative, and fully invested in my clients—not just as clients, but as teammates. I celebrate the wins with you, problem-solve through the challenges, and always have your best interests in mind (even the ones you may not see coming).

I like to say I offer a “white glove” approach—but without the fluff. For my sellers, that can mean anything from hands-on help getting a home market-ready to making sure it stays that way. Yes, I’ve mowed lawns, shoveled driveways, handled repairs, and even removed a six-foot bull snake mid-listing (not officially in the job description, but here we are). For my buyers, I’m all in—whether that means rearranging my schedule, getting creative to make a deal work, or negotiating hard to help you land the right home at the right price.

What I love most about real estate is being part of someone else’s journey—especially those moments when a dream becomes reality. There’s nothing better than helping a buyer find “the one” or guiding a seller through a successful sale and knowing I played a role in that milestone.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors with my wife and kids—riding bikes, playing disc golf in the mountains, snowboarding, or on the ice playing hockey. I’m also a longtime Denver Broncos fan and have been a proud season ticket holder since 2010.
