Before real estate, Jessica was a litigation attorney. Today, she uses that legal training to guide clients through one of the most emotional and financially significant transitions of their lives: selling a home during divorce. Her work sits at the intersection of real estate strategy, negotiation, and compassion for families navigating major life change.

Jessica is widely known inside her brokerage as the Contracts Coach at 8z Real Estate, the Realtor other Realtors call when they are stuck on a contract question or negotiating a tricky deal. She regularly teaches classes on contracts, negotiation, and risk management and is passionate about helping agents elevate their professionalism in the industry.

While she helps buyers and sellers throughout Denver, Jessica has become especially known as “the divorce Realtor” for clients navigating separation, restructuring finances, and making thoughtful decisions about the family home. Her background in law, combined with her calm and strategic approach, allows her to guide clients through difficult decisions with clarity and confidence.

Outside of real estate, Jessica is a proud single mom to four wildly entertaining kids and one extremely opinionated cat. Her children will tell you she is a slightly nutty hippie who listens to too much Phish, talks about energy and intention at the dinner table, and occasionally leaves crystals in their rooms “just in case.”

When she’s not negotiating contracts or teaching agents, you’ll likely find her riding her bike in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, rolling out a yoga mat somewhere, or camping in the mountains where the cell service disappears and the stars come out.

Jessica believes homes hold stories, transitions deserve thoughtful guidance, and sometimes the weirdest path turns out to be the most meaningful one.
