About Karlie Sanson

Karlie Sanson is a focused, dedicated, and hard-working real estate agent that cares deeply for her clients and their best interests. Her areas of expertise are northern Colorado Springs and Monument, but has helped clients all over the county. She merges her longtime design and staging experience with her rewarding real estate career. She attended Texas Tech University, graduating magna cum laude in 2000 with a Bachelor of Interior Design. From owning her own design business, to staging an abundance of homes throughout Colorado Springs, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience by staging and renovating/designing existing homes for clients all over the area.

Her staging experience has guided sellers to know how to prepare their home to hit the real estate market. Her exceptional eye for design is now assisting people in search of their own retreat they will call home. Seeing the potential in a home is her specialty, as she helps buyers to envision the possibilities of making a home truly their own. She has tailored her skills so that she is in tune with the desires of her clients and is highly committed to representing them well.

Karlie lives in Monument, and is happily married to her high school sweetheart and has three delightful kids that call her mom. She would be remiss without mentioning Lambo, their endearing golden retriever.

Although a born and raised Texas girl, she and her family love all that Colorado has to offer and enjoy the outdoors in their spare time. They cherish and enjoy time with good friends, and visit family in their hometown of Dallas, Texas often.
