Meet Katherine
I have been blessed to call Colorado my home for over 30 years and specifically, Superior, for the last 20 years. I graduated from the University of Colorado and the University of Denver where I earned degrees in journalism, photography, tax, and law. My time as an attorney fueled my love of contracts and honed my attention to detail.
It was through my own real estate transactions, that I discovered my passion for real estate. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I personally experienced the stress and questions that come up when buying your first home, selling your home, buying distressed properties, buying investment properties, running an Airbnb, and flipping houses. I know first-hand what it’s like to be a client and I use this knowledge to make the real estate process simple, straight-forward, and as stress-free as possible.

When I’m not talking about real estate, thinking about real estate, or assisting my clients, I enjoy traveling, volunteering at my kids’ school, attending their sporting events, playing tennis, and cooking with friends and family.
