About Kim Moore

I bring more than two decades of experience in property management, finance, and client service to my work in real estate in the Vail Valley. Before becoming a real estate broker, I spent nearly 20 years at Citibank working in Affordable Housing Financing. That experience helped me develop skills to guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the mountain real estate market with clarity and confidence.

I’ve been connected to the Vail Valley, for more than 25 years. Over that time, I have developed a deep understanding of the area’s unique real estate dynamics, from luxury homes to investment properties. As the owner of a vacation rental management company, I’ve worked closely with homeowners to help them maximize the value of their properties while navigating the seasonal rhythms of mountain living.

I’m known for my approachable style and strong listening skills. I believe great real estate service starts with understanding each client’s goals and helping them make confident, informed decisions. My background in property management and finance allows me to offer thoughtful guidance to homeowners and investors in the region.

Outside of real estate, I stay actively involved in the community. I serve on the board of the Beaver Creek Property Owners Association, and served on the Vail Ski & Snowboard Academy PTO. I’ve also spent several seasons as a ski instructor at Beaver Creek, which gave me the opportunity to share my love of the mountains while working with families from around the world.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me skiing, hiking with my dogs, golfing, or playing pickleball—often followed by cooking large meals to entertain family and friends. Having called the Vail Valley home for many years, I truly enjoy helping others discover what makes mountain living here so special.
