About Lonnie Lane

As a real estate professional since 2001, I enjoy connecting with my clients to find and fully understand their individual needs. My comprehensive area expertise being a past mortgage loan officer and real estate appraiser as well as a real estate agent, with targeted marketing programs, and superb negotiation skills to assist my buyers and sellers in achieving their homeownership goals. As both a buyer's agent and listing agent, I can bring my area knowledge to my clients. My real estate services include Monument, Palmer Lake, Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and Fountain. with specific neighborhood expertise in Monument's Woodmoor, Santa Fe Trails, and Kings Deer neighborhoods in the Tri-Lakes area.

 

I was born in Wichita, Kansas, and raised in Lawrence, Kansas, after college I knew I wanted to live next to the mountains and upped and moved to Colorado. I met my wife at a U2 concert in Denver in 2005 and we got married and decided to move to Monument. We love it in Monument, so we set up roots and started our family. In my free time, I play basketball, and golf, and spend time with friends and family. I have two boys, Britt who is 16 and loves the outdoors, and mountains and loves to golf on the Palmer Ridge golf team. Lochland who is 13 loves spending time hanging out and also took up basketball a little over a year ago and plays almost every day with the local 7070 traveling team. Since I began in real estate in 2001, I have found that every client, contract, and fellow broker is different and presents different challenges and solutions. I enjoy the demands of the real estate industry and the uniqueness of every transaction and situation. My favorite part of my profession and life is the relationships that I form along the way.
