Marcia was amazing to work with. Boulder is a tough market for buyers, especially for us who wanted everything - 4 BR's, large yard, lots of space, in the Newlands. She worked tirelessly to find us our home. Marcia has loads of contacts in Boulder and knew about many off market listings. In the end she helped us to find exactly what we were looking for. She became a good friend in the process. We love her!

Marcia helped us sell our home and also helped our son purchase a home. She was patient, knowledgeable, and knew the market extremely well. She was willing to provide advise but was open to listening to our needs as well. She has an easy sense of humor, is always prompt for appointments, and communicates very effectively by phone and email. We have dealt with a large number of realtors over the years, many of whom have not worked well for us. But I would have no hesitations in recommending Marcia - and I have to many friends!
