Hi, I’m Marcus—Born and raised in Tabernash Colorado and I couldn’t be more grateful to call Grand County home. Now I split my time between Golden and Grand County and help people achieve their real estate goals in these amazing communities.

Growing up in the mountains, I always knew I’d return. Today, I get to help others do the same—whether that means finding the perfect second home, investing in mountain property, helping locals, or making a full-time move to this amazing part of Colorado. My background in business and negotiation, paired with an in-depth knowledge of Grand County, allows me to bring both strategy and heart to every transaction.

What sets me apart? I take a relaxed, no-pressure approach to real estate. I’ll never rush the process because I understand that buying in these towns is often a want, not a need—and that makes it even more important to get it just right. My clients become neighbors, friends, and part of the mountain lifestyle that I’m so passionate about.
