About Matt Molloy

Shortly after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Marketing, my career in real estate started as a digital marketer for a software company that helped investors acquire financing for commercial deals. It was in those initial years that my passion for real estate was born, especially as a means to build wealth and achieve more financial freedom. I went on to join 8z in 2020, where I learned the ins and outs of the residential side of real estate. After years of working with some of the top realtors in the nation, I decided it was time for me to help buyers and sellers achieve their homeownership dreams.

 

My professional marketing background in the real estate industry has gifted me a unique perspective: I’m very in tune with market trends, how to effectively buy or sell a home, and how to properly treat clients. From monthly newsletters to countless pieces of social media content, I’ve gained an incredible understanding of what it takes to be successful in real estate, both as an agent and as a buyer or seller. I consider it an enormous privilege to work with you and ensure your goals and dreams come to life, whether that’s your very first home, a big move up with a growing family, downsizing, or further building your investment portfolio.

 

Before high school, my family moved five times. I understand the challenges that come with finding a new place to call home, especially when it comes to the area - its schools, restaurants, shops and overall lifestyle. I’ve been in Colorado for almost six years now, taking full advantage of all it has to offer. I’m an avid golfer, snowboarder, hiker, and thoroughly enjoy camping trips with friends. But anyone who knows me will tell you, I love real estate. And if you ask anyone who’s worked with me in the past, they’ll tell you I’m a dedicated, thoughtful hard worker. I was raised on the saying “do it right the first time, or don’t do it at all.” Whether that was my first job at Jersey Mike’s making subs, or my most recent work helping realtors market themselves and their properties, I treat my clients’ situation as if it were my own. So when it comes to helping you buy or sell property, I can promise you that I will work tirelessly to ensure I create the best result for you and your family. To me, that’s the only option.
