About Meg Frances

I've spent the last four years on the 8z Listing and Marketing team, which is a great place to learn what actually moves a listing and what just takes up space. I get to bring all of that to my own clients now, at a company I already knew and loved before I ever thought about becoming an agent.

I’m analytical, curious, and a little too excited about a well written listing description. My goal is to make the buying and selling process feel less overwhelming and more like having a knowledgeable friend in your corner.

When I’m not talking real estate, you can find me wandering around LoHi and trying to keep up with my favorite (and busiest) little person, my incredible one year old daughter.
