Monty Ambriz is a Northern Colorado REALTOR®️ and lifelong Colorado native, born and raised in Loveland, CO. With family roots in Northern Colorado dating back to the early 1900s, Monty brings deep local knowledge and a genuine connection to the Front Range communities he serves, including Loveland, Fort Collins, Windsor, Greeley, and surrounding areas.

Having lived throughout the Front Range, Monty understands Colorado not only as a housing market, but as a lifestyle. He values the hard-working, welcoming people that define Northern Colorado and has a strong appreciation for the community he proudly calls home. Outside of real estate, Monty enjoys hiking with his wife, golfing on Colorado’s scenic courses, and attending local events that showcase the region’s energetic culture.

Family is central to Monty’s life and business. In 2023, he and his wife welcomed their first son, reinforcing his commitment to family values, integrity, and long-term decision-making.
