About Nichole Nemmers

Hi, I’m Nichole, a real estate expert specializing in Clear Creek County. I’m one of the lucky who was born and raised in Colorado – and it has never grown old. My career in real estate has allowed me to share where I live, work and play, with front door access to hiking, rafting, biking and world-class skiing. My decades spent living in Idaho Springs and exploring the surrounding areas has shown me all the hidden gems in the region – it’s hard not to find something to love. 

As an 8z real estate agent, I love connecting my clients with exactly what they’re looking for, or helping them along their home journey. My clients say they enjoy working with me for my authenticity, attention to detail and strong negotiation skills. 

In addition, I serve as the Vice President of the Clear Creek Chamber of Commerce, Board Member of the County’s Tourism Bureau, and active Rotarian and PTA member, which keeps me well informed on area updates and development.
