Hello, I'm Ritchie Molitor, and I've been working as a real estate agent for over 20 years. I'm passionate about real estate because it allows me to learn about the unique stories of home buyers and sellers, and match them with the perfect property.
 
Growing up in Southern California, I was born into a family of real estate professionals - my mom, sister, and aunt were all in the business. After graduating from college, I spent 20 years working in construction before switching to real estate.
 
Aside from work, I'm an avid snow skier and recently discovered my love for Pickleball. I also enjoy spending time at church, building things, smoking meat, and hanging out with my wife of 27 years and ten kids. I have an eye for quality and always strive to showcase properties in the best possible light, highlighting their unique stories to potential buyers.
