About Sergio Nazzaro

I grew up in Denver and have an extensive local network and varied professional experience relevant to the practice of real estate. I received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. Upon the completion of my 13-year service in the Air Force, to include one tour to Afghanistan, I completed my MBA from the University of Colorado-Denver.

In 2014, I became a licensed real estate broker for the purpose of conducting my own real estate investing endeavors. I quickly realized that my project management experience, digital marketing skills, business education, and negotiation skills placed me in a unique position to excel in the representation of buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process. I have represented a wide array of buyers and sellers across the Front Range, have extensive experience representing buyers in the arena of new home construction, and in Colorado mountain communities.

I am passionate about real estate and the opportunity it affords to change someone’s life and, ultimately, make their dreams come true. My career as a broker is an enormous privilege, as I serve my clients at the highest levels and with their best interests at heart. To me, that means imbuing my core values – Integrity First, Service Before Self, Excellence in All We do – into every client transaction.
