Meet Sergio

Most of my clients are leaders in their own fields. They expect sound judgment from the person they trust. When the stakes are high, composure matters. That’s the environment I was trained in.

I was raised in Colorado, and I understand this market because I’ve lived it.

I graduated from the United States Air Force Academy and served 11 years as an Air Force officer, including a deployment to Afghanistan. In environments where decisions carried real consequences, I learned to stay composed under pressure, assess risk quickly, and make clear decisions when they mattered most.

After earning my MBA from the University of Colorado Denver, I became licensed in 2014 to grow my own investment portfolio. What began as investing evolved into representing buyers and sellers across the Front Range and Colorado mountain communities.

Over the past eight years, I’ve closed 225+ transactions and $161M+ in real estate, representing clients in luxury resale and new construction, and navigating complex negotiations where timing and leverage determined outcomes.

Alongside real estate, I built a leadership company advising high-performing businessmen and entrepreneurs on how to lead at home and in business.

That experience shapes how I represent you.
