About Erika Archer

With over 20 years of experience as a mountain dweller, I’m excited to welcome you to the Front Range real estate market!

My love for adventure started early. I was born in Sacramento, California, and grew up moving all over the western states with my family. Even as a kid, I loved joining my parents on house hunts—it felt like a treasure hunt to find the perfect place to call home. When we eventually settled in Colorado during my high school years, I knew this was where I wanted to stay.

After earning my master’s degree from the University of Hong Kong, my husband and I came straight back to Colorado. We built a few tech companies together—one of which was recognized by CSIA as one of the Top 18 Most Innovative Companies—and later started a mountain ISP while raising our three children in the foothills west of Boulder. Along the way, I also published several books and found a deep passion for sustainability. Our family works hard to reduce our carbon footprint, raising chickens and bees, adding solar power, and living as lightly on the land as we can.

When the 2013 Flood devastated my community, I had the opportunity to step in as Assistant Flood Recovery Manager for Jamestown, CO. That experience taught me the power of collaboration and community resilience. Since then, I’ve also worked with the Towns of Louisville and Lyons to support sustainability programs and manage federal grants and infrastructure projects—all with one goal: to make life better for those around me.
