• Elite Tier agents meet or exceed $17M in volume and are welcomed into a private cohort that meets quarterly. Topics for these gatherings often include best practices in client service, luxury listing ideas, agent branding and more. The last meeting culminates in a trip to the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate conference.

• The hallmark event of the year, 8zCon is an opportunity to connect as a brokerage for a multi-day conference, gathering inspiration, tactical ideas and general networking among our peers.

• This regional or brokerage-wide event honors and celebrates our community of Collective members. Past events have been held at the Denver Zoo, Rockies games, Acreage at Stem Ciders and other unique venues. The Collective event offers a yearly touchpoint to reconnect with clients.
• Spring 2026
• The annual Club 10 trip to Mexico is an 8z tradition and something many agents aspire to. For agents who meet or exceed $10M in volume in the preceding year, they are awarded an all-expenses paid trip to Mexico with a guest. This is not only a huge accomplishment but also an opportunity to mingle and celebrate other 8z agents.

• Utilizing the prestigious Ninja Selling System we annually collaborate to start a new year of success with this seamless method to organize your business, client base, and daily habits to achieve your real estate and personal goals. We believe the key to building a strong and sustainable business is to create a roadmap that holds you accountable and builds momentum month over month. 8z helps facilitate this annual business planning session, formalizing goals and related actions and turning them into an executable plan.
• We are proud to offer Keys4Life, a grant program offering financial assistance and education for first time buyers. Dates for the 2026 cohort will be announced.
• Each office will also hold their own holiday party to help commemorate and celebrate the year and ring in what’s to come.
• Determined by each office, agents will engage in volunteer opportunities with their non-profit of choice.
