Meet Stephen

Stephen is consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in the Denver Metro area, having earned multiple accolades and awards for his production and customer service, and has sold over 200 homes and over $100 Million the past five years alone. 
 
Inspired by the reputation of the Everett Real Estate Center at Colorado State University, Stephen attended CSU to study Real Estate, eventually earning a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance and Development. While in school, he embraced an appreciation for all things real estate, from market analysis and construction to finance and marketing.
 
Every day is different and his approach, rooted in data, ensures he brings clarity, control and confidence to each client. With a passion for design and architecture, Stephen loves helping people find their dream home and exceeding their expectations in the process. Stephen's dedication to each client's interests and meeting deadlines is the backbone of his commitment to helping his clients reach their goals.
 
Now, as a seasoned Realtor®, Stephen thrives on the daily challenges real estate provides.
 
Living in Denver with his wife and two sons, Stephen takes advantage of all Denver has to offer: great museums, parks, and music venues. Similarly, as a former winemaker, Stephen loves cooking and exploring the city's thriving restaurant scene with friends.
 

Stephen's hard work paid off. In 2019, Stephen was recognized by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors as Rookie of the Year. That same year, he was awarded the 8z Rookie of the Year. In 2022, Stephen was awarded the 8zer of the Year for his commitment to his clients.
