Stephen was incredibly knowledgable, helpful and ultimately we sold our home for much more than we expected! He came over and we did a full run through of the house and all of it's perks together. He helped stage the house very well and made sure we were aware of all the things we could do in order to sell the house for what we wanted. We were very much pleased!

My husband and I decided to move back to Colorado after being away for five years. Our friend had recommended Stephen as REALTOR, as he had helped our friend sell and buy his new home. Buying a house is already tough enough, let alone doing it from a different state. We met with Stephen over zoom and shared with him our expectations with having him be our eyes and ears as we look for our new forever home. He was very understanding and quick to reply.
