On April 8th, DMAR (the Denver Metro Association of Realtors) hosted their 43rd annual Excellence Awards. Hundreds of attendees ‘Zoomed’ in for the first-ever virtual awards ceremony that celebrated winners across six categories, and featured a special presentation by keynote speaker and #1 ranked real estate coach Tom Ferry.
This year, 8z Real Estate took home 1st place honors for our Denver RiNo office in the categories of Sales Volume and Transaction sides, in the 11-30 agents bracket.
Also, a very special award was given to 8z President, Ryan Carter, earning Managing Broker of the Year! An incredible career achievement.
