“Home has become more important than ever,” said 8z President Ryan Carter in a recent article published by the Denver Post.
He was interviewed to give his thoughts on the current market conditions, primarily low inventory, high demand, and how the market has shaken out since the pandemic began over a year ago.
“We recognized that many who are part of the greater 8z community were struggling and directly affected by the pandemic…” said Carter as he mentioned the 8z4Life Support Fund, a program that has helped 8z clients and their families who have been financially impacted by Covid.
In response to the ‘modern market’ conditions in particular, 8z has also developed a Cash Buyer solution to help people overcome the highly competitive nature of buying a home right now, arming them with an all-cash offer they can bring to the table.
