Currently serving as President, Ryan Carter brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and fostering innovation. As CEO, Carter will lead 8z into its next chapter of expansion and service excellence, further solidifying the company’s position as a Colorado top independent residential brokerage.

Carter’s career trajectory began as a top performing agent, then as a Managing Broker, building 8z’s largest and highest producing team. He continued to ascend the ranks and took the helm of 8z, becoming President in 2018.
