With 20 years of real estate experience, Megan joined 8z in 2011, where she is now a Partner – something that’s very unique in the world of real estate brokerages. She has consistently grown her business while simultaneously raising her family in a career known for its long work hours, unpredictable schedules, and clients who have ongoing needs.
What used to be 80-hour work weeks are now closer to 30, allowing Megan to drop off and pick up her three kids each day from school, and give back to her community as a volunteer on the Larimer Search and Rescue Team. “The amount of time I had to invest in becoming certified for Search and Rescue was more demanding than real estate! But it is so worth it.”
Megan is a Top Producer for a reason: strong work ethic, and a nonstop commitment to working smarter, not harder. She was raised in a small town of 800 people in Iowa, the daughter of the town’s Mayor who also served as the area’s Fire Chief. From an early age, Megan learned about connection and the value of getting to know people authentically, which has served her well in her career as a real estate agent.
In 2020, despite the challenges of a global pandemic, Megan sold 57 homes and closed $25.9M in volume.
