As we enter the second month of 2021, Colorado’s real estate market is behaving exactly as predicted. The number of active listings and days to sell continues to fall, creating incredible scenarios in which listings receive several offers, sell within days, and for significantly more than listing price.


There’s absolutely no doubt - this is a great time to sell your home because of skyrocketing demand. On the flip side, with incredibly tight inventory, it can be challenging for would-be buyers to take advantage of low interest rates and lock in a low monthly payment.

One of our agents, we’ll call him Luke, went to meet with a new client.
